With the exception of Randy Riley, Mike Wallace, David Raizk, and Linda Gallagher all other city council candidates are reluctant to embrace the Healthcare Is A Human Right Collaboration. I’ve talked to them all, except David Hollingsworth, candidate for auditor. They all received an invitation to join the collaboration and participate in the photo petition. They all saw the Citizenship Day ad in the News Journal, or heard about it.

I am having a lot of fun talking to my neighbors who are passionate about health care as a human right. Some of them have told me their stories and I have encouraged them to send them to me for publication. I am in dialogue with the Wilmington News Journal about celebrating National Citizenship Week by using some of the photos on this page in ads in the paper. Not sure what that means yet.
